Desciption: This was on November 21, 1992. We were heading to Dallas, Texas. This video segment starts off right after we passed the Texas border coming into Texas from New Mexico on the interstate 10 highway east. This was going toward El Paso. This video starts maybe a mile or so after we pass the Texas border. There is a water tower of some sort at the beginning of this segment.
